We charge a flat monthly fee based on your needs and requirements.

If you are a monthly recurring client, payment is due by the 1st of every month.

If you have a special project, a retainer is due prior to the commencement of work.

We accept ACH and Credit/Debit card payments only.

The Bookkeeping Advisory Team uses QuickBooks Online (QBO), a cloud-based platform in all our client engagements.

We strongly encourage all our clients to convert to Quickbooks Online.

We use a highly secure, encrypted platform to ensure safe and confidential transfer of your documents.
